Management Receiving Shipments | Inventory Control | Warehouse Management | Equipment Maintenance Equipment Maintenance The Prime Vendor program provides comprehensive Preventative Maintenance services. The program is suitable for a broad range of equipment, from IT to Fleet Services. The system collects and maintains service work history throughout your equipment's lifecycle allowing multiple Service Contractors to interface with your system. Equipment information and service work history is permanently retained by your agency. Enter your Agency system and select Contract Administration from the navigation menu on the left. Select Contract Management from the sub menu and click next.
In the Contract Management section, select Service Contracts from the menu and click next.
To access an existing service contract select View Maintenance Schedules.
This will display a menu of all your active maintenance contracts. You may search for a specific contract by entering the contract number in the search field then selecting List Contracts. You may display a list of all contracts by selecting Display All Contracts. To view specific contract details select the View button to the right side of your contract listing.
Illustration # 5 below displays a specific equipment maintenance contract. Each equipment item is listed. You may search for specific equipment or view all. Select the View button to the left of the link for specific equipment details.
In Illustration # 6 you are viewing the equipment listing for one item within your service contract.
You may access additional equipment information by selecting one of the blue buttons within the equipment listing. In Illustration # 7 the user has selected to view the equipment image.
This section allows you to view additional equipment information. Illustration # 8 below is displaying equipment Warranty information. You may attach multiple page warranty information. Provides immediate access to review services covered under warranty.
Illustration # 9 displays the Service Contractor information. Provides immediate access to your service contractor. Provides service representative name, phone, fax and e-mail information. You may also instantly send an e-mail to your service representative by clicking on to their e-mail address. Then enter product identifier or serial number with text message of equipment problems.
Selecting the Scheduled Maintenance button allows you to view equipment service history. This menu displays the next scheduled service date. Our example displays No record of Last Maintenance. If the equipment would have had prior service, this information would have displayed with the date and the type of service work completed. Task listings. Displays the type of service work scheduled.
Selecting the Service History button provides us a complete history of service work performed including scheduled and unscheduled services. You can may print from this menu.
